How we work
How our work is organised
Five stages from receiving the request to delivering the goods.
- Stage 1
Receiving the request
The client sends a request, product list, part numbers, technical specification or requirements.
- Stage 2
Terms alignment
We review the feasibility of the supply and agree on the product range, batch size, price, timing and delivery terms.
- Stage 3
Formalising the transaction
Commercial terms are recorded in a contract, invoice, specification or proforma.
- Stage 4
Procurement and settlements
Depending on the transaction structure, goods are purchased directly from the supplier or through an independent trading or payment agent.
- Stage 5
Delivery
Shipment and transportation are organised in accordance with the agreed commercial terms, using independent carriers and logistics providers.
Work through independent agents
For certain international transactions, ARSTAN TRADING engages independent trading and payment agents.
Each agent acts under an agency agreement and a separate instruction identifying the relevant transaction, payment amount and purpose.
The use of an agent allows settlements with suppliers and exporters to be arranged with regard to payment currency, the countries of the parties and the agreed commercial terms.
The engaged agent is not necessarily the manufacturer, owner or direct seller of the goods. Its role is defined by the agency agreement and the specific instruction.
